Pick the right ticket

  • Cheater / player report

    Someone hacking, exploiting, or breaking a rule. Add clips or screenshots.

  • Group limit

    More players in a tribe or alliance than the cluster allows.

  • Ban or mute appeal

    You think a ban or mute was wrong. Include your in-game name.

  • Store / rank

    A purchase or rank didn't arrive. Include your order email or ID.

  • Question

    Anything about the servers, settings or rules. Usually answered fastest.

  • Hall of Fame

    HOF applications and HOF base checks.

Link Steam + Discord first

In the MESA Discord, press Link my account, then Link with Steam. Staff then see your in-game account in every ticket, and /wallet and Hall of Fame rewards work.
