Terms of Service
The deal for playing on MESA, using this site, buying from the store and talking to our bots. Plain words, no tricks.
MESA ARK (“MESA”, “we”) runs ARK: Survival Evolved PvP servers, this website (mesark.net), the leaderboards (leaderboards.mesark.net), the store (store.mesark.net), the MESA Discord servers and our Discord bots. By using any of them you agree to these terms. MESA is not affiliated with Studio Wildcard or Discord. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.
Follow the server rules on the Rules page and the rules posted in our Discord. They are part of these terms.
MESA is a PvP network: bases get raided, characters die, tribes break up and servers wipe on a schedule. In-game progress is not permanent.
Staff may warn, mute, kick, wipe or ban players who break the rules, cheat, exploit, evade bans or harass others. Staff decisions can be appealed through a support ticket; the owner has the final say.
We do not replace items or progress lost to raids, deaths, wipes, trades, scams or server problems, unless staff decide to in a specific case.
You sign in to the website through Steam and link Discord yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your accounts.
Do not share, sell or buy accounts, and do not use someone else's account or identity.
MESA is not meant for children under 13, and you must also meet the age rules of Steam and Discord.
Our bots run support tickets, answer questions, post server and wipe updates, run community games and help moderate our Discord servers.
Some answers are written by AI. They can be wrong; staff have the final word on rules, bans and purchases.
Do not spam the bots, try to break them, or use them to harass anyone. We may block anyone who misuses them.
The bots are made for MESA's own Discord servers. Using them anywhere else is not supported.
The store sells digital items for MESA only, such as ranks, loot boxes, spins, points and gift cards. What each item includes is shown on its store page.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including for items lost in normal play or through a server wipe, or for access lost because of a ban.
Charging back or disputing a payment leads to a permanent ban across MESA while we review it.
If something you bought did not arrive, open a support ticket and we will fix it.
Prices and items can change, and items can be retired. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see your card details.
We run MESA as it is and as it is available. Servers can go down, roll back or change, and we can change or close a server, map, feature or bot at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MESA is not liable for indirect losses, lost items or lost progress, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
